This is where the locals go, and it's tasty. Their gumbo is outstanding. Service was great and the ambiance even better with an outdoor dance floor and live music. Highly recommend.

My go to local spot each time I'm down for the holidays! If you want a local mom pop bar feel this is it! Great drinks, great eats! During Christmas season, they have the best snow crab prices around. Oysters are fresh, crab legs a must. Wait staff is always attentive and down to earth. Got a pooch? They have a patio .

I was expecting some standard beach fare, but I had a meal that punched above its weight class. The Mahi and shrimp were perfectly cooked and the mashed potatoes, rice and green beans were all seasoned to perfection. While we waited for our table we hung out inside and the bartender recommended some drinks that everyone enjoyed.

We wanted to stop at a local place for lunch today and found Kenny D's. We got seated quickly outside on the covered deck area. We had a nice view of the ocean even though we were across the street. We ordered the blackened spicy Mahi tenders, hush puppies, gumbo, cajun popcorn shrimp and a side salad. Everything came out hot and fresh. We got the key lime pie to go and glad we did. It was fantastic. My favorites were the Mahi tenders, Gumbo and Hushpuppies. For dipping, we had the tartar sauce, buffalo sauce, and cocktail sauce. I would recommend checking this place out if you visit the Destin.

Always our first stop when we roll into town. Great beach burger, mahi melt, and mahi mahi bites. Sometimes we get the fried pickles and mushrooms to start off. Service is really good for a "roadside" dinner. Inside could use some work, but it's awesome to sit outside with the beach breeze and a drink to unwind after a long drive.

Good positioned restaurant and bar right across the street from Miramar Beach and near many of the Air BnB's and hotels of Emerald Shores. Many options such as Burgers, Tenders, Shrimp, Oysters, Pastas, Spinach Dip and great friendly service. They are also open very late! Many Tv's inside to watch the game and a sectioned bar area that gets pretty lively! I recommend them for sure if you need something tasty, close proximity or just up super late!

Service was great!! I explained to our waitress Catherine about my food allergy. She then spoke to the kitchen and they suggested they would make sautéed crab claws for me. They verified the ingredients with me and let me tell you, it was AMAZING!! Thank you to everyone for letting me enjoy something other than a salad and for taking the time to reassure me of the ingredients! I included a photo but unfortunately I ate more than half before I realized I forgot to take the photo.

We came here as a large group of 8 and we were seated fairly quickly, and the server was professional and fast. The food all came out correctly even though it was a large group, and the food tasted fantastic! Also, the prices were extremely fair considering it was next to the beach. I would highly recommend for large groups!
